Hot and sour soup
Tonight one of my friends needed to meet someone regarding a project that he has on his mind. So some of us agreed to go with him to MeiYuan restaurant at Flic en Flac to see the place, and at the same time to savour a bowl of hot and sour soup that he was recommending.
Well, I must say that it was a really great bowl of soup. It was deliciously hot and not too sour, and left no MSG aftertaste. And what is even better is that it had pieces of seafood in it, not just some stupid flavourings. I have long looked for such good hot and sour soup, many of those such soups in China being not quite up to the standard.
Tonight, it is with a happy, full feeling that I left the restaurant, promising myself to come again for that soup, and hopefully being able to take a picture of it next time.
As to my friend’s project, I will say more when all have been finalised and got the OK from him.

It is good, really. And no, I am not paid to promote their business. Haha.

It seemed that the Suan La soup in that restaurant is quite good.
