The 29th and 30th of this month, Chinatown will hold some activities to promote food and socio-cultural activities. Local as well as artists from China will provide the animation.
After the opening speech there will be a show by the Police Band, dragon and lion dance, and taekwondo and taichi. Artists from China will dance on long poles. You can ask Mrs Kwok, a ‘fortune teller’, about your future for free. There will also be a Baby face Chinatown and Little Miss Chinatown competition for the cute little kids. Music will be played by the Typhoon Band, the School of Chinese Music, and the Chinese Cultural Centre. And obviously we will have many Chinese food to eat :D
