Really cold today
It’s been reasonably cold this week, but today it’s been really, really cold… Day temperature of about 1C and night temp of about -8C not considering the winds that are blowing. I had been with a language partner for the better of the afternoon. When we broke up for dinner and stepped outside, it was like being hit by a wall of cold air. I felt like losing my breath and wanting to puke… Just like when I was climbing Fragrant Hill last month. I decided to check the net and found it’s just bronchoconstriction and no, I don’t have lung disease. Phew!
I see that tomorrow’s weather is not going to be as cold as little wind and some sun. Hopefully that would be so. I wouldn’t want to go out otherwise. Plus I understand that to see the new movie, ‘Curse of the Golden Flowers’ (黄金甲), one need to queue up for hours… No way!
(For those wondering why there is no Chinese translation as I promised, it’s because I wrote the posts just before going out or sleeping, so too lazy to translate :( )
