First rant of the year

I just had my laptop repaired for about 1,000rmb. So frigging expensive to have the part where the power cord gets connected to the laptop fixed. And the HP repair centre took one whole week to get it fixed. No need to say that the repair guys were trying to get me to repair some other stuffs, which I refused. I also asked about ’straightening’ a small part of the casing of my laptop, and they came up with “You will need to replace the whole casing, and it would cost you about 5,000rmb for that”. F**k! For these repairs I could buy a brand new laptop. They got to be kidding. Stupid a***s. The casing is still fine, just not aesthetic right now. 
While my laptop was being repaired, I turned to my mobile phone to surf the net. After surfing and checking my mail on the first night, I checked the money left on the SIM card, and it was fine, not much charged to me. But after 3-4 days of similar checking mails/surfing, I found that my SIM card had no more money left. 
When did they start charging me more? A full 100rmb card used in less than one week? Bastards! (It takes me 2-3 months normally to use a 100rmb card). I stopped using my phone to surf.
I also asked the phone company about sending MMS - multimedia messages. The answer was 1.My SIM number account was open for receiving MMS but could send MMS only to users of same phone company (China Mobile). 2. The configuration to use MMS were (details that I am not printing but exactly as I already had on my mobile) … However, when I tried to send MMS, I frigging couldn’t. I tried several times to no avail. Couldn’t even send to myself. Dumb a*******s. The girl answering the English section of the customer service could not help me. C**t! I think I’m going to give up on that part. And they never mentioned any f*****g package that one can use if we send more sms, spend more time on internet, etc…. What kind of service is that?
My housemate left for her hometown yesterday. I have been asking her about my internet connection and she kept saying that she’s already notified them about the need to put a broadband at home. And she only found out last afternoon that the landlord, whose identity card is needed for the internet connection, was out of the country and will only be back after the Spring festival (read end of month or early March at best). I’m going to be here for one full month without my own internet connection ???? Bastards. And I did say I wanted the internet when I first visited the appartment. What a bunch of shitheads. I can’t rely on my neighbour’s connection for God’s sake. In fact, if I knew who he was, I would have gone to see him, tell him I’d pay for his full monthly package as long as he kept the connection alive 24/7 for me. I am that much addicted and in need of internet. :(
Ok, that’s the end of my rant for today. I will get back to normal business and post more “interesting” things later.
