Quicktime … annoying

Why doesn’t Quicktime has a f.cking language option? When I download Quicktime through its website, everything looks normal. Everything in English, even when I click on the installation process.
However, once the bloody thing is completely installed and you click it open, IT’S IN FRIGGING CHINESE!!!!!
QUICKTIME/APPLE BLOODY HELL, I KNOW IN CHINA MOST PEOPLE WILL WANT THE FACKING CHINESE VERSION, BUT WHY DON’T YOU GIVE THE USER THE OPTION AT DOWNLOAD PAGE OR INSTALLATION STEP.

hmm..could be the online installer using your IP.
