It keeps stopping after downloading some 0.2-0.5Mb and the file is 83.3Mb. So tired of waiting to say ‘download failed’ then restart it. [...]

It’s time to reinstall my Windows. This morning it suddenly started giving me the BSOD, and since then it’s been impossible to even start my WinXP on safe mode. :(
